Looking forward to hearing about the submission manager you're building. May not be an option for us, considering we have 12 or so years of data in Submittable's system, and there are some features that are super important to our operations. But there have been some real tech and user support issues with Submittable lately--not just with our journal--that are making me rethink my long-time loyalty to them. It's a big conundrum for me. Just saying I'm open to hearing about options. I'm sure there are plenty of journals that would be happy to talk about their needs--and to support you during the development process.
