As a publication that has 0 money involved on any level, submittable was not going to work for us. It seemed like our only option was google forms which doesn't feel very professional (to me) and while it's easy enough on us as editors, it's hard on submitters who didn't choose to have a copy of their responses emailed to them because they can forget what they submitted (we just had a problem with that, a submitter trying to pull a piece he didn't actually submit to us, which was a confusing conversation). Anyway, all of this is to say that I'm very interested to see what chillsubs has to offer, especially since maybe half of our submissions come from there anyway (we have a question about it in our form)
