for me, i usually accept most of them since they almost always make my piece better, be it grammatically or concision or something else. i'd say don't fret too much about edits unless it's a really radical change, in which case i'd suggest contacting the editor directly if you have any concerns. the most important thing to realize is your piece has been selected and this is just the final polishing before they can be released into the wild. it's nothing personal against your writing or your piece but rather, tweaks to make it better !! hope this helps :)
