It depends. You have to understand the feedback first. Sometimes the reader might have not read very well so that’s not a useful feedback but if it actually is useful then you have to find the in between. You don’t need to change much all the time but it’s important to keep an open mind and understand that you are doing it for the readers. And most of the time, if the feedback is good, the changes you are going to make are just going to improve the writing
