Do you happen know if prizes like the PEN/Dau Short Story Prize allow for entries where stories come out the end of 2023 are considered for the next deadline (which would probably be the November 2024 deadline) ..not sure how it works? Still waiting on a pub date on a piece that's forthcoming, but in case it were to come out in December, I'd love to be able to have my editor consider nominating me for it...thanks! and I'll poke around the PEN site in the meantime
