Anyone else have bad experiences with multiple submissions? I sent a magazine two of my stories, and emailed them when one of the two stories was accepted elsewhere. They very nicely congratulated me, then emailed me a few weeks later, telling me they'd decided not to publish the story I'd already told them was unavailable. Not a huge inconvenience, but it kind of makes me think multiple subs can just invite more confusion!
