Take a break. Get a change of scene - go for a walk, or go people watching in a cafe, or go swimming, or whatever. Give your brain some time to relax and essentially do nothing. Ignore your writing - let your subconscious deal with whatever work in progress you have going on. If you need a whole day, or two days, or more, that's fine: you have to look after your mental health.
