Apparently they're getting notorious for their lack of responses as well...never heard back last time and a lot of people have been saying the same thing. Not a fan of that paired with the whole "don't even THINK about emailing us to check on the status of your work or we will devour the soul of your firstborn child" vibe they've been putting out lately.
