Just glancing through my inbox, I've gotten one in the past with the subject line "Thank you for submitting your work to The Threepenny Review." Their email system seems pretty glitchy, though. I had to stop submitting to them because I never received the rejection emails, which was not ideal combined with the no simultaneous submission rule and no way to check on submission status 😕
