Barring an in-person event that allows you to establish that initial connection, I imagine that a Discord like this, where everyone's chatting about a shared interest on the daily, might be a good way to connect with folks who might also be looking for writing partners / critique groups. I wonder if it would make sense to have a channel for folks who are looking for that type of connection...
