Hey, so I've been reviewing a lot of "Top XX Magazines" lists and all of them are just the same mags recycled because they're all based on winning prizes. I'd like to create a scoring system based on data we've been able to gather that focuses more on reputation and respect for writers. Would anyone like to take a look at my first draft of scoring and make any recommendations/ feedback?
