do you have the form set to collect emails? you may be able to see the one they used if you do by going to the "responses" section in the menu, then the "individual" tab. and i think if the form is set to collect, there should be an "email addresses" section. (I did find this answer on google so it may be incorrect but figured I'd share just in case)
