Hi everyone, yesterday this flash fiction of mine got published. It's one of the few prose pieces I've had published, and I'm really, really proud of it. It's about memory, heritage, locality, and the environment. Please check it out and let me know what you think! There's some use of Scots in there, but it's no more than a few words, phrases, and pronunciations of quasi-cognates that would stubbornly remain in my conversations in English.
