Lol, regardless of whether those tests hold any merit, I'm self-aware enough to recognize myself in my results. I'm very analytical, and sometimes, I can be rigid in things just because I really don't want writers to see me making exceptions they weren't offered, but other editors would definitely consider exceptions in those situations. I know of a few who put it in their guidelines.
