I love what we do but there's always room for growth, both on the mag level and on an individual level. I've been writing for about ten years, but only in the lit mag / poetry scene for about six, and doing book / cover design for about five. Learning new things about InDesign and the industry every step of the way 😂 and I love all the different perspectives people have to offer
