A poet writes a piece ripping their ex a new one - Bukowski comes to mind - it's published, it's viewed as good literature. No consent from the source material, clearly. Where are the ethics there? A lot of AI platforms are the same thing in terms of the training material ... only written large and in tech terms, right?
