Unless a journal specifies some title format, I wouldn't worry about it too much. I've even seen some journals change titles to numbers--maybe so they're not influenced by cool titles? Who knows? For my own work, I tend to use a title that makes it easier for me to remember what I submitted. Like the title of the first poem and "plus two." A catchy title can draw attention, but it doesn't influence a decision. Oh, and no need to put quotation marks around titles in the submission field. When the title field is populated in a response template, quotation marks are automatically inserted around titles. If you used quotation marks, we end up with "" on either side of titles. Which looks weird. But again, no biggie.
