Agree. The odds of receiving an acceptance for the same work at exactly the same time? Slim. And that's why I submit my work to a group of journals I like pretty much equally (and it's always best to get familiar with those journals before submitting). Then I can withdraw my work from the other journals and feel happy about the acceptance. If the acceptance is for one piece out of a group of poems or micros or something like that, I send a message to the other journals saying something like: "I need to withdraw Poem A because it has been accepted by another journal, but I hope that you will continue to consider the other poems in the submission. Apologies for any inconvenience."
