safe&fun workshop groups are the #1 most helpful practice/resource i think you can have as a writer; i don't have "credentials" or "authority" or "any business offering advice" but that's smth i feel p strongly abt. (and it's hard! even if you're in a college poetry class, as like-minded a workshop group as you're likely to find in the wild, there's gonna be folks who dont "get" your work. so that's a whole separate thing, the challenge of it, but maybe we're here in this server to build the community tools we need)
