I feel this! Plenty of pubs are like "We don't care about your cover letter! Skip it! No one reads it!" And I just...can't bring myself to do it. Feels too weird. It's a short cover letter anyway. I don't care at all if everyone skips it - frankly I assume no one reads my cover letters - but eh. here it is.
