We’ve been thinking about this with the submissions manager. Like having an option where editors can choose a form over traditional cover letter style submissions. Our forms will be customizable but maybe have a recommended template that just asks for the necessary info. Seems like I’m the age of the internet cover letters are a bit outdated for short submitted works.
