So I have a question. A while back, a lit mag accepted my piece but when I tried inquiring about a timeline or set publication date, they basically said "We don't have a date yet." I've sent a few messages to them but I haven't heard anything back plus I have another mag that said that this piece, in particular, is in the final stage of consideration, and what if they wanna publish it sooner? Additionally, is not having a pub date concerning? A red flag? Perhaps I'm overthinking. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
