my advice is, write the scenes that are fun to write. if there are scenes you know you'll need to put in later, make a "to-write" list and use that to inform your outline when you're revising. If you get stuck, or bored, then just jump to the next interesting thing in the story/novel and fill in the gaps later. It's easier to edit an existing novel draft than it is to get one written in the first place, so if you can stay engaged and keep writing, you're already winning!
