Thanks! That's good to know. The minimum pre-sale requirement or the deal could be revoked ... that seems off to me. That's like a variation on the Kickstarter format, in a way - fund the project or it doesn't happen - but I don't think that's ideal for poetry publishing. Especially if they're using print-on-demand. Nobody is out of pocket with POD, so there's no rush / no risk to letting a title sit until if or when it picks up a readership.
