My most recent published piece takes place entirely in Disneyland, and as such I reference several rides, characters, etc. However I know from experience Disney does not rabidly protect Disneyland as a setting. It would be an issue, however, if I was using their characters as key elements of the story. I don't. I am telling an independent story.
