That's a good point. On the other hand - sorry, editorial mindset kicking in here - although the vast majority of people are perfectly fine with what we accept or decline ... we've had a few make themselves so unbearably obnoxious over a decline, it seems like the longer you make them wait, the better. Once they've almost forgotten they sent a sub along, in the first place, no big deal if it's declined.
