Something I’ve been thinking about is when websites shut down and journals close without any way to reach out to them. When that happens I usually just file my sub as a rejection understanding that some new journals may not take off. I’ve had trouble finding a home for a CNF piece because several places I’ve sent it have closed down/not responded
