Fandom is like Wikipedia where users input their information. I've seen only one, for now that had a form input as a tiered rejection and I check it a lot. It's not always correct per se but, if you see the form one that's like : No thank you signed editor and then other versions of tiered rejections, you can have a idea of where you stand.
