I came here to strongly endorse both including "never responded" as a possible "Status," because knowing that a magazine has a large number of those is a strong mark against it. I'd also really like a filter to exclude pieces where a specific piece has been already sent in the past. That was by far the most useful feature over at The Submissions Grinder, far in excess of almost any other data they provided. I've been submitting stories since 2008. I don't have clear memories of where and when each piece went to which editor, and since not every venue responds or responds with email or names the title in response emails, searching my own mail history is both time-consuming and unreliable.
