so, personally for me, i don't love twitter but love that chill subs has [ugh] which is writer- / editor-specific social networking. it's also about personal preference, i think! i mainly used submittable until chill subs launched and since then, i go to chill subs first over submittable because i prefer their interface and straightforwardness ( noticing a lot on submittable that people are skirting around the "pay to submit" and not being fully honest )
