Looks like their general submissions are also entered into a $4,000 contest, but still. Even their "6-word story" submission category costs $15! And I didn't see anything on the submission page that said that comes with a subscription to their magazine. Their payment is "$50 to $1000" though, so I guess it could be worth it if your piece is selected...? And PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong--this price looked ridiculous to me too.
